“A very comfortable, secure and pleasant stay, with excellent service and good facilities”

The hotel is new and sits in Gombe, one of Kinshasa’s safest daytime zones, which is a real perk for city stays. The welcome was excellent, staff attentive and always ready to help. The restaurant was very good, and breakfast was generous with a wide food selection. The gym is nice and well‑equipped. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well, especially for the local climate, and Wi‑Fi was reliable and high quality. On the downside, the pool is quite small, more like a large outdoor plunge pool or sunbathing area than a proper pool. The hotel’s surroundings aren’t ideal for sightseeing; getting to the Congo River involves passing through a run‑down area, and the riverbanks are neither clean nor tourist‑friendly. Traffic in Kinshasa is notoriously difficult, so a knowledgeable driver is strongly recommended; the airport trip can take an hour or more.

They responded quickly to complaints. The room was changed because the fixed TV didn’t work, but the new room had a cooling problem.
