The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. I booked the Cascade Falls room with a king‑size bed, but the mattress was definitely not king‑size – my husband is a fairly big man and we always sleep on a king‑size mattress, so this was disappointing.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms spotless! We felt the building’s history, especially in the coffee shop.

The downtown location is excellent. The room slept well but wasn’t comfortable to relax in – only stiff chairs. The bar was closed when we arrived, and they set up a small dark room to serve drinks, which we didn’t appreciate.
