The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. They let me check in late and out early, which was a lifesaver. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is fantastic - ThongLor is right in the heart of Bangkok, and there are tons of options for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. The hotel itself is nothing special, but the rooms are clean and the beds have a lovely fresh scent. I was a bit worried it would be noisy, but it was actually really quiet, which was a nice surprise. For the price, it's an excellent value and I'd definitely recommend it.
