We came back for a second visit and it was again great. The host was very friendly, the breakfast good and everything was spotless. There was a nice selection of Georgian wines ready for us. The check‑in in the middle of the night was hassle‑free – thanks, we’ll return. It would have been nice to receive a bottle of water upon arrival after a long day or flight 😃, or even a bottle of beer 😅.

We arrived just before 3 am because of the flight schedule and the host was waiting at the door. The old house is very clean and well equipped. The Georgian breakfast was good. The bathroom has some very uncomfortable steps.

The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly clean, the Georgian breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the reception was super friendly, there was a good selection of Georgian wines, the garden was well maintained, absolutely recommended 👍🏼.

The host was very friendly and everything was available. One small issue: the window in our bathroom wouldn’t close, it was cold because the weather was still very changeable.
