Arrived at 4:00 p.m. to check in at Octopus Den and still had trash, dirty dishes, unmade bed and towels on the floor in the shower. It took hours for Avari to find another place for us to stay. BUT.The place we ended up in was beautiful and Cudos to Avari to cover the difference in rental costs. The unit was not cleaned upon our arrival. We had to wait several hours for a different place to stay.

Location. Would suggest steps or handrail or both to the lower unit, Octopus Den. It is a very comfortable place but a little dangerous for elderly folks to access, especially with belongings

What breakfast ? Good location. Bunnies, deer and chipmunks. Parking for us wasn't good. Nobody else had a compact car, they parked crooked, so we had to maneuver our way into and out of the small parking place, I opened my car door to a large hole where I had to step out of the car. Very very dangerous. Likely lawsuit in the future. I couldn't believe you hadn't put up any warnings about the deep hole

Location is great. View is beautiful. Hot tub was too dirty to use. Overall quite dated and well worn

The spot’s location is spot‑on with a gorgeous view, and the patio and yard are perfect for a game of corn‑hole. The unit itself is cute and the beds are comfy, making mornings peaceful as I listen to the birds. The only downside is the absence of a fire pit.
