The location was good—close to the city centre but not too close, so nights were calm, with many laundry services and a Tambo market nearby. The room was spacious, had hot water, and the bed was clean. The overall condition of the room was not great, especially the wall colour and some items looked very used; the floor, mirror and tiles could have been cleaner.

The location was fine, but the facilities were bad: the sheets were dirty, there was no hot water, the bathroom was uncomfortable, the doors were insecure, the floor was broken, and many other issues—nothing matched the photos posted.
