The hotel sits right on the beach, offering stunning views and lovely gardens. The staff were genuinely wonderful and focused on guests. Kyle, our customer service agent, went above and beyond to help us change rooms because of construction and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The only downside is that construction is ongoing, so some facilities are closed.

The resort is in a gorgeous spot with amazing beaches and plenty of greenery. However, many areas look unattractive due to construction sites. The bedroom walls are extremely thin—most nights we couldn't sleep because we heard people partying or “having fun” in adjacent rooms, so thin you could hear every word. The bathroom was dirty; the small inner garden had plastic pieces, condom wrappers, and paper littering the trees. The shower had slimy green algae and hair from previous guests.

The room was spacious with a very large balcony, a big bed, and a bathtub in the bathroom. Nothing to complain about.

The accommodation is perfect, a marvel of a hotel with all the luxuries and conveniences possible. The staff are super attentive, and I would definitely return! Nothing to note, everything excellent.
