The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but there was construction happening early in the morning. It was out of their control, though a heads‑up would have been nice.

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, but I asked for two beds and only got one. The TV wouldn’t power up with the remote; I was told to walk over and press the button on the unit itself. The shower pressure was awful—just a trickle—and when I called the front desk they said a maintenance person would come the next morning at 9 am, which was an hour after I’d already checked out. The pool water was freezing cold. The room cost $274.16 including tax. I’m not planning to return; don’t stay here.

The room was very clean and the location was great, but I think there was remodeling on the third floor where we stayed, with a strong paint smell. One elevator was out of order and the hallway looked messy from the painting. Aside from that, the room was fine and I had no other complaints.

The staff were very helpful and getting to Riverbend was easy, but the air conditioner was noisy and the TV remote didn’t work.
