The service staff were pleasant, and we had direct access to the pool. The rooms were clean and new, close to the city, and the free shuttle to the city was available upon request. The lifeguard and hotel manager were excellent. The coffee beans were consistently good, and the air conditioning was odor‑free. The bathroom could use towel hooks, and the breakfast could offer more items for Europeans such as croissants, butter, and a butter knife for jam.

Anyone who doubts should stop doubting—this is a wonderful hotel! I chose it with a closed eye because options in Huashan were limited, and I was thrilled not to have missed out. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and spacious, the pool is great, and the bird song and greenery are lovely. Free laundry and drying facilities are a bonus. The separate building’s rooms are even nicer than the main ones, especially the double‑bed rooms that accommodate every guest. In short, ❤️. The breakfast for Europeans is harsh, but the views from the dining area are beautiful. Important note: there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only a communal one in the main building where you can store medicine and food.

This hotel really caught my eye when I was searching for a place to stay in Huangshan - the setting is gorgeous, with the building perched on a hillside and a shuttle to the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the pool, which was free to use. The breakfast spread was also really good, and the location is super convenient, close to Tunxi Old Street and with easy transport options to Mount Huangshan arranged by the front desk.
