“Pousada Fazenda das Bicas - Você Vai E Não Fica!”
The staff, especially Márcio, was very helpful and told us the farm’s story. However, the location is far from what you’d expect for a family lodge, looking more like a poorly maintained museum than a suitable accommodation. When we checked in and entered the rooms, we found them in unacceptable condition: the bedding and towels were visibly worn, dirty, and overused; mattresses and pillows were in poor shape, compromising comfort and hygiene. The overall environment showed a lack of maintenance for a long time. We had to leave immediately and find another place, which caused inconvenience, weariness and additional costs for my family and me coming from São Paulo. I hope the owners address these issues because the current state does not provide dignified lodging.
