The stay was very calm; I loved the lodge, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, and the location is quite peaceful, 1,800 km from the centre of Gramado, which wasn’t far for me because I drove. The bath was warm, the bed was wonderful, and the blankets were hot and clean. Everything was simple but very well organised.

The location, hospitality, and coffee were good, but the room was cold and the shower kept failing, causing the water to stop heating. Suggest installing a heater in the room and fixing the shower issue.
