The hotel sits outside the tourist zone, which worked well for us because it’s near the national children’s hospital; we arrived in a crisis, had to leave three kids behind while one was hospitalized, and the reception helped us until a family member could pick them up—support beyond what any hotel could offer, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in that situation.

The beds were excellent and the housekeeping was very attentive, yet the location was poor with a lot of construction nearby, and breakfast was poorly organized with little variety while the staff seemed more focused on the closing time than on guests.

The room felt very nice and the staff were friendly, but the pool water wasn't clean enough; a shower-before-enter rule would probably fix that.

The staff were helpful, but the AC failed to cool, construction next door caused loud noise, the lift lacked an exhaust making it stuffy, and the room had no ventilation at all.
