Nothing special, but a single night was tolerable. Check‑in was rigid – you couldn't get in before 18:30. The room was shared with another tenant and the place was pretty dirty, so I didn't feel comfortable.

Owner was super friendly and the price was a steal, plus the spot is right by the tram and the forest. The lift made moving luggage a breeze. But the place was dirty and could use a serious cleaning – overall it needs a lot of work.
