The hotel is set in a very quiet area. The staff are very pleasant and attentive, and the food is good. The Wi‑Fi signal in the room isn’t great, but that’s a “luxury” issue.

The room was reasonably priced, had an elevator and a balcony. The dog fee of 10 € seemed too high. The rooms were very noisy. We stayed only for a brief overnight because of the Ahrweiler wine festival and the prices in Bad Neuenahr had all exploded.

A single night was perfectly fine, good value for money. A bit old‑fashioned but clean. I didn’t book breakfast.

The hotel’s location and the great view are especially notable. Breakfast is good. The large double rooms are comfortable. Plenty of parking is available. It gives a clean impression.
