The spot was well‑located and quiet, but the air conditioner had no vents, so the cold air hit the floor and the water pressure was nonexistent.

I had to switch rooms because the TV was broken; the new room smelled bad, the sheets were stained and smelled like animal urine. When I asked for a refund, they said no, and offered either to stay the night and get a refund only if I returned the next morning, or to stay and get nothing back. The place was filthy—I'd never go back, even if it were the only shelter in a zombie apocalypse; I'd rather risk the woods.
