“Ni pagándome vuelvo a ir”
I was forced to arrive before 21:00 so they could send me a simple access code that they had already prepared, because they want me to cancel through Booking and keep the commission. When I got there before 21:00, there was no one, they hung up and never returned my call. They gave me the key to my room, but also to another room, and I found that person’s belongings inside and the room was already in use. When they changed my code for security, they gave me the same code as the building entry and only 8 minutes to use the new one, which was impossible while I was parking my car. I had to spend two hours on the street trying to get a valid code, not knowing if I could return to retrieve my stuff or sleep on the street. Only after I requested police assistance did they call me and, after a while, finally set up a new code. In total, I spent two hours outside, without my belongings, uncertain, without dinner, and had to deal with a bad encounter with the police.
