The place is in a great spot, close to everything. But when I tried to pay the extra charge, the staff said they'd only accept payment through a separate app and they'd need me to send a receipt. It was a bit annoying, but the location more than made up for it.

The decor feels fresh, the rooms are spotless, and the hotel sits in a convenient spot. The only downside is there's no washing machine – if you stay more than a day, you’ll wish you could do a quick wash. Still, for a short trip it’s a solid choice.

The hotel’s location and bedding were great, and the front desk was quick to swap a broken shower tap and clean up a messy bathroom. But the room itself felt like it’d seen a party – broken light, greasy walls, rusty fixtures, no toiletries, and a window that looked out onto a wall instead of a view. It was cold, noisy through the thin door, and the power went out for a few days with no candles or flashlights provided.

The hotel is in a good spot and the sheets are clean. Unfortunately, the plumbing was filthy and there was no refrigerator in the room. For a quick stay it’s okay, but the lack of basic amenities made it less comfortable.

Quiet, clean, and convenient – the chat support was quick and made us feel secure. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who values peace and attention to detail.
