“Very happy”
We stayed there as a family of three adults and two kids, and it worked out great. The place is only a 10‑minute walk from Kinshicho station and a 20‑minute walk to Skytree, and it sits right beside Kinshi park, which has a fantastic playground for the little ones. A handful of shopping malls are nearby, offering a supermarket, arcade, baby store for nappies and baby goods, a large Daiso, and plenty of food options all around. The apartment itself is spacious, with two separate living areas, a tatami area upstairs, two showers, two toilets, a bath, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer—all of which we used a lot. There’s also a patio, and the ground‑floor access makes it easy to bring luggage in—just three steps at the entrance. The heating was lovely for our cold, windy March stay. The host was welcoming; even though English was limited, they tried to show us around and help, and they met us at the door. It’s perfect for families, and we’d definitely stay again. This is our fourth trip to Tokyo and we’re not going anywhere else now.
