The facilities were very clean and, even though they were old, they felt very comfortable. The bath was a bit hot, but it was pleasant, and I could relax. The staff at the ryokan were all very friendly. The shared toilets made it a bit awkward for my child to use them.

The hot‑spring town is in the center, and the outdoor bath is close by. The toilets are shared, and there is almost no signage.

We stayed for a family trip and, seeing my mother’s unsteady feet, the staff showed great care with meals and the bath. I’m grateful for everything. We had no complaints.
