I guess it was just okay - nothing particularly stood out, but nothing major went wrong either. It was a fairly standard experience, but I didn't have any major complaints.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We didn't even end up staying in the guesthouse, as we were redirected to another one called Oteng guesthouse, which had much worse reviews and was cheaper. When we inspected the room beforehand, we missed some major issues, including no toilet seat, dirty walls, and moldy bedding. When we brought it up with the owner, she didn't offer a solution.

I appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality during my stay, which made for a welcoming experience. However, I do think there's always room for improvement, and I hope the hotel will continue to strive for even greater heights. Despite this, my overall impression was positive, and I appreciate the effort put into providing a good stay.
I stayed in a simple room, but it was sufficient for a one or two-night stay. The location was great, as it was close to the Pilanesberg National Park. Unfortunately, there weren't many restaurant options in the area.
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, with the friendly staff and well-prepared breakfast being definite highlights. Although the room was a bit on the small side, we still enjoyed our time here and I would recommend Lapeng Kwa Heso to others. In fact, I'd be happy to return if the opportunity arose.
