The hotel was very comfortable, and the kids loved the food; breakfast was excellent. We booked a double room but could fit three people, and when we asked the front desk for an extra blanket there was none available. It would be great if they could keep more blankets and bedding on hand for future guests.

Everything was fine, we had Netflix and YouTube in the room and could just relax. Nothing else to complain about, everything’s good.

The location was good, the room was comfortable, clean, with a nice bed and bath. A female staff member ignored me at first and then was rude and abrasive. The Wi‑Fi was extremely weak, so bad I had to use a hotspot. The Wi‑Fi needs fixing immediately.

A very good value for the price, with a hot bathtub, a beautiful, clean and fragrant room, and plenty of free parking. It would be perfect if there were a coffee‑table set on the balcony of the first‑floor rooms.

The place was clean, well‑located, and the restaurant’s food was decent, but when my party arrived at 1:30 pm the short‑haired staff member sitting by a table casually said the room was still being cleaned, showing no proper reception attitude and coming across as very arrogant. I would have paid extra for an earlier check‑in, but the staff’s demeanor discouraged any further inquiry, and after booking four nights I’m now doubtful about staying the whole period.
