The property was very beautiful and well maintained, clean, and not too far from the city center on foot (about 15 minutes). The staff always responded promptly and kindly. We really liked the complimentary water and coffee. Great value for money. I would gladly return. Nothing to add.

I really liked the cleanliness, new and comfortable mattresses and linens, I recommend this excellent guesthouse. The owner answered us efficiently and paid great attention to us. We could not use the internet at all, the window could not be opened because street noise came in all day and night, I would also add anti‑sneeze nets for the beds, the location is close to the center but the cleanliness is so good that it is adequate compared to the city.

We were looking for a comfy, safe, and budget‑friendly spot for a single night and this room delivered. Spotlessly clean, stocked with the basics, plus free water bottles, coffee, tea, and a decent selection of wine for purchase. The AC was a huge plus, and the water pressure and temperature hit the mark. The hotel sits right across from a tram stop that goes straight to the airport, and opposite a fantastic rooftop park with a bar, live music, and lush gardens—a modern city gem with thriving greenery and strong cocktails. A great pizza joint was just a short walk away, too. Overall, we had everything we needed and more. The instructions we received were clear and helpful, but I was under the impression that someone would greet us at the front desk for check‑in, as the messages implied. Instead, we used the security codes and lockbox, which worked fine. The communications suggested that we needed to give our arrival time so someone could meet us and verify IDs, yet when we arrived it didn’t matter. Knowing beforehand that no one would be there would have saved us from rushing to the hotel after dinner and ending up eating past 9 pm.
