The access to tourist spots was very good. However, when we booked, the single room was fully occupied, so we had to upgrade to a double, which increased our cost.

It would have been better if they had provided breakfast. The customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness were lacking.

The hotel is close to the fire festival site and Fuji-Q Highland, and there’s a convenience store right underneath. No meals are included, but there are plenty of eateries nearby, so breakfast and other meals are easy to sort out. Even though the building shows its age, it’s well‑maintained, comfortable and feels clean. It would be nice if the vending machines accepted cashless payments.

I liked how close the hotel was to Fuji Kyuko Highland. Nothing else to note.

From the window you can see Mount Fuji, and the hotel is near Fuji-Q Highland with many convenience stores and restaurants close by. The only drawback was the limited bathing hours in the large public bath.
