The house had a stylish design, but the mentioned conveniences were missing.

We really liked it here! The people were kind, hardworking, and welcoming – both the lady and the gentleman, all capable and unafraid of work. If you’re looking for accommodation in an anonymous hotel where a local cleans the rug in front of the room, find a real hotel instead! People travel to local huts on various islands, to remote mountain destinations and huts, admiring foreign cultures, their “spiders”, “ropes”, “lamas”, “provisions”. Czech people in the Czech Republic cannot appreciate the everyday work of rural folks, their care for nature, a piece of their land, and they undervalue it (try maintaining a meadow so it doesn’t grow thistle, caring for animals so they graze, tending a barn with animals so swallows stay there, try taking care of bees for a year to keep the cycle alive…). Things don’t have to be perfect or “new‑look”. Some people dislike being part of nature and want to isolate even from human contact. So go to the city.

The surroundings were beautiful, the farm was large, the room was spacious, the mattresses comfortable, and you could borrow board games. Friendly pets and a nice family were there. Overall I had mixed feelings about the guesthouse; the accommodation wasn’t bad, but I would voluntarily not return. The quality‑price ratio is good. The social space was noisy – the owners’ family is quite large, spends all free time in the kitchen, so you won’t find quiet or silence. But if you just need a night’s stay, it’s a great choice.

The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were cozy and clean. Don’t expect a 5* hotel – it’s modest but pleasant and very reasonably priced. The farm is a great starting point for outings. We apparently missed the detail that the owners’ dogs live on the ground floor, which could be a logistical extra if you have pets, but we managed it without problems. The kids were thrilled by the dogs, cats, birds, and other farm animals <3. The shower area could use a renovation, otherwise the bathroom was great.
