The location was great, staff were available, and the room was very well sound‑proofed and well equipped even though it was small; the bathroom was spotless. The sliding door in the bathroom was a bit stiff.

Very nice place, close to the station, and the breakfast was tasty. Had to climb many stairs.

It sits right in the center and is very well connected. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is full and served in a room with a view of Lille Flandres train station square. The bed in our room was very comfortable. Our room was small. The bathroom was tiny and almost everything on the floor gets wet whenever you shower.

The Duplex room is more than worth the price! Beautiful room with private access to/from the street right in the heart of the city!
