The staff were very helpful, the room was fairly comfortable, and we felt we received fair value for the price, but the air conditioner was positioned above the door while the rest of the room had no cooling; I thought the hot drinks at breakfast were a bit pricey, there were not many child facilities, and the single elevator made waiting time long.
