Everything was wonderful; such a lovely place with a small fantastic pool. Nothing.

The hotel was gorgeous, set in a charming Italian décor, and the staff were very attentive. While walking along the Via Francigena, the lovely Manuella drove us from Sutri to the hotel and even printed us a map. After a long day of walking, the pool with the hydrotherapy feature was a real treat. The restaurant is a must‑visit; we savoured expertly prepared local dishes that were truly delightful.

The restaurant was stellar, with a talented chef and surprising flavours and pairings; everyone was excellent, even the staff. The pool was a bit neglected.
