The staff were professional, the sea‑view room was beautiful, and the beach was wonderful. The souvenir shops on the beach scammed customers with prices double or triple those of competitors.

The facilities were good, but the service was bad, the food in all restaurants was poor, Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the rooms and you had to go to reception to get internet. Everyone seemed intent on cheating you, from the excursion organizers to the managers and even the director. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The place is excellent, very comfortable and spacious, with stunning views, excellent cleanliness, large rooms, outstanding reception, and a wonderful service team who are all very friendly.

The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor pools inviting, the beach right next to the coral reef, the breakfast varied, and the services were solid. The dining was good, but after a long stay it can feel a bit repetitive and monotonous; still, the menu is so wide that you rarely end up eating the same thing twice.

The crew’s professionalism and the hospitality were astonishing, making the whole experience wonderful, and I’ll definitely return.
