The place was spotless and offered a lovely garden view, but the real highlight was Elisa’s warm welcome—she was friendly, smiled, and even prepared breakfast for us in the morning, lifting our spirits. It was a wonderful stay, nothing to complain about, everything perfect.

The house was beautifully restored and fully equipped. The terrace and garden were peaceful, and it’s close to the stunning Mantova to Peschiera del Garda bike path, making it ideal for cycling along the Mincio. It’s a great base for visiting Goito, Mantova, Verona, and Garda. Elisa is a very kind and calm host, always available with advice or a chat. The rooms were nice, fully comfortable, and very tidy. I recommend it if you want to stay away from the bustle of Lake Garda.

I stayed here while traveling between Mantova and Peschiera del Garda. The property is very close to the Sole bike path. Mrs. Elisa is very helpful and friendly, attentive to every guest’s needs. Near the hotel there’s also a trattoria where you can eat lunch and dinner. The place is quiet, has a nice porch with a garden, and I recommend it.

“Bella esperienza di viaggio”

A fantastic couple’s stay with car and bike at this surprisingly restored historic property, complete with a lovely garden. Spotlessly clean. The room was cozy, overlooking a terrace and garden, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Being halfway between Mantua and Valeggio sul Mincio made it perfect for exploring the many cycling routes nearby. A special shout‑out to Elisa for the warm welcome, helpfulness, and the generous homemade breakfast with her excellent cakes. Highly recommended.

Cozy B&B just a stone’s throw from the Mantua‑Peschiera cycle path. The room was immaculate, quiet, and well‑maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was convenient, and bikes could be stored under cover.
