At first we were in chalet 7 and hit a shower nightmare – water barely came out and never got hot, the wooden sink was moldy, the drain was old and dirty, the cement floor was stained, and the toilet had a grimy back. The next morning we found out we weren't even booked for breakfast; the staff pointed us to a tiny bakery that only sold bread and cake, so we ended up making a beach kreps.

Everything at the lodge was spotless, from the grounds to the rooms, and the staff were super friendly. But there were no dinner options on site and the nearby restaurants weren't great, plus the shower's circuit breaker kept tripping, and the breakfast was pretty basic. Overall, a nice place but the lack of food choices and electrical issues put a damper on the experience.

The place was really tranquil, perfect for a quiet getaway. The only downside was the shower, which was terrible.
