Location was fine, but we were very disappointed with the Mayenne room: upon arrival, the cleanliness was clearly lacking as we found hair in the bed sheets. The breakfast, supposedly “included,” was terrible—only stale old cakes and a bottle of orange juice that had been open for an unknown period. When we brought the issue to the manager, he merely replied with a sarcastic remark that there was food available. Avoid this place if you want minimal hygiene and customer respect.
