“Hôtel fantôme....”

The hotel felt like a ghost town, the staff didn’t speak English, there was no service, the bar was closed, breakfast was unavailable and there was no restaurant; they offered me three dishes and asked me to eat them in my room… overall, it was far from pleasant.

“Very large but empty hotel”

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to Dong Hoi station, but during the New Year Tet celebrations the staff and food were very limited, so it felt like they should have stayed closed.

The bed was hard and the hot‑water pressure was weak. The hotel sits in a business district with no nearby restaurants or shops, and when we checked in at 6 pm the restaurant was closed; the front desk said we could order room service, but everything was out of stock.

“Easy sta for brief visit”

The room was cozy and the area was very quiet, and the staff were generally helpful. However, they wanted a review before I even saw the room, claimed I’d been upgraded to a king because no doubles were left, yet the room I entered was a double—exactly the one we had booked. It was friendly and clean enough, but the spa was listed as open when it wasn’t, and the pool was just okay.
