I stayed with a friend in the Cozy Courtyard from 1 to 9 August for the first time and it was very comfortable; the first‑floor room had rose bushes and a fragrant view, plenty of greenery, and lovely pavilions where we could enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning, hide from the bright sun during the day, and snack on fruit in the evening. The host, Svetlana, was very friendly, always available, and helped with any questions. We passed a great market with cafés and a shop on the beach. The Cozy Courtyard has a bar where you can drink coffee and dine; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared by Sergey, who cooks deliciously and with enthusiasm! It feels very cozy, beautiful, homely, and comfortable. I recommend it!
The rooms are cozy and cool, and it’s great that there’s a café‑bar on the premises offering delicious, aromatic coffee ☕ and tasty food; the green area gives a pleasant vibe.
The greenery and cleanliness were nice, but the distance from the lake felt a bit far.
