Hotel Jenewein, perched in Obergurgl, sits 50 m from Hohe Mut and Rosskar cable cars, offering elegant, traditionally furnished rooms with flat‑screen TVs. The top‑floor spa features a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and massages, while a sunny roof terrace provides panoramic slope views. The restaurant serves Tyrolean cuisine on a heated terrace overlooking the slopes.

The room was huge and beautifully decorated, giving off a cozy, homely vibe that made me feel right at home. I loved how comfortable everything was, from the bed to the little touches that made the space feel personal.

Nestled in the center yet close to the slopes and cable cars, this hotel is a solid choice for a ski holiday. The dining is tasty, the staff are friendly, and the Junior Suites are roomy and spotless every day. Plus, the included wellness area boasts generous lounge rooms with mountain views.

The location is perfect for hitting the pistes, and the food is delicious. However, the rooms lack a proper shower—only a shower‑bathtub combo—and the ski‑locker access is cramped and not inside the building.

Just a three‑minute walk to the lifts, this hotel feels very comfortable and the staff are charming and attentive. The meals are excellent, with extra options each night like steak, and the spa offers stunning slope views. The only downside is that the rooms feel a bit too warm and there's some road noise outside.

I’d highly recommend this hotel—friendly staff, even the owners are very helpful, and the breakfast is varied and everything is spotless. It would be unbeatable if they added an indoor pool. The only drawback was that I received my guest card a bit late.
