Parking was great right next to the hotel and the reception was very accommodating, yet the building needs updating, the bathrooms and corridors feel a bit dated, and the front doors could use a makeover.

The value for money was excellent, the building was welcoming with friendly and helpful staff, the pool was magnificent, and breakfast offered a wide variety of items.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, the staff at breakfast handled coffee orders at the counter, the gym was available to guests, the room was spacious, and parking was plentiful; however, the overall lighting in the room was poor, outlets were missing (no shuko plugs, some outlets had no power), and the sauna and Turkish bath were included in the booking price like the gym.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and plentiful, but the bathroom had a shower‑tub combo instead of a separate shower.

The hotel met all the requirements and was fantastic for those staying with kids; the location was not close to Perugia, but it was convenient for us and let us travel around the city without trouble.
