Every bunk bed had a mirror in front of it, which was really convenient. When I saw that the location was 2 km from the city centre, I didn’t mind until I got there, and it turned out to be quite a walk. I might have been at fault for booking a party hostel, but people were shouting at 2–3 am, even in my dorm, talking at a normal or louder volume, so I couldn’t sleep for four nights straight. I could also hear everything in the pool from the dorm at 2–3 am. Sometimes the shower didn’t work, there was no hot water, but I didn’t mind it that much; occasionally the water just didn’t come out well.

“Great vibe”

The vibe of the place and how nice the rooms are! It’s a little out of the way, but a tuk‑tuk is available right outside.

“Fun, friendly but could be much cleaner and the bird needs sorting out”

The staff were really friendly, the free‑flowing beer every night was a cool touch, and the people in my dorm were friendly. I had to ask for the bin that was overflowing with toilet paper to be emptied and for more toilet paper. The bird that made noise constantly from 5 am was really annoying and disturbed my sleep, and my bed had bugs around the mattress.

“All in all, it’s a very nice and clean hostel.”

I really liked the facilities and the nightly events organized for all the hostel guests. The bathroom was very clean and always well-stocked with plenty of napkins, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. During my 4-day, 3-night stay, I truly had a great time. The keypad numbers on the automatic door were not very responsive and often required multiple attempts to work
