The residence features studio and apartment accommodations, a half-covered heated pool (February-November), fitness room, hammam, and sauna. Set within a private park, studios include kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and satellite TV. Bike rentals, a children's playroom, and free parking are available. The harbour and beaches are nearby.

The location is ideal for a stay on the island. The pool and wellness area appear to be under renovation, probably for a future upgrade. We enjoyed our stay, though there were some dog droppings around the accommodation.

The accommodation was well equipped and spacious. The facilities were pleasant (pool, hammam, sauna). The staff were friendly and attentive. It was very well located at the top of Saint‑Martin‑de‑Ré. The parking should be enlarged so that all guests can park there.
