Good location with lots of shops and restaurants, close to an MTR station.

I was assigned a non‑window room on the 13th floor of another building, even though I had paid for a window room on the 6th floor. I wrote to request a refund but received no reply. :( New Year had a lot of network issues; the pre‑reserved rooms were reassigned to other guests, not very fair play.
