I stayed with a group of 10 at this cozy spot, and even though we were on the owner's property, it didn’t feel intrusive at all; the hosts were very friendly. The surroundings weren’t particularly inspiring, but the furniture could use a tweak: a slightly better sofa and chairs that aren’t as stiff would make the space more comfortable for chatting. Small details like these matter.

Check‑in and check‑out were very relaxed, and they offered extra (bar) space that was great for grilling on the large barbecue. There were more than enough glasses, cups, and tableware for a large group, and the big living room was very cozy.

The hosts were wonderful, giving us freedom while still being ready to help when needed. We had a great stay with a mixed group of 12 people!
