“Quiet Retreat, but Needs Clean Up”
The place was super quiet, perfect for unwinding, and the pool had a great view. The cabins among the hills looked nice, but the maintenance and daily cleaning were seriously lacking – spider webs everywhere, a leaking bathroom, and a broken kitchen hose. If they cleaned up and kept the facilities in shape, it would be a lot more enjoyable.
“Scam and Poor Service”
I booked through a site that showed clean photos, but the place was filthy, the owner was rude when I asked for a refund, and my son had to sleep in a dirty bucket. Fire extinguishers were expired, the dog bathed in the pool, no AC, TV not working, no fan, broken mosquito nets, and the grill was awful. The owner, Ricardo, was unprofessional, and the sales rep, Agustin, ignored the problem – I plan to report the misleading ads and mistreatment.

The location was great, but the cabin's infrastructure and the staff's service were awful. We had to buy our own toilet paper. It was a disappointing experience.
