Breakfast was good, but the receptionist was in a bad mood.

The bed comfort, shower, coffee, and air‑conditioned room were great, but the reception staff gave no explanations.

The hostess was amazing! The hotel is great; the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the shower was fine. Even though it’s right in front of an avenue, I didn’t hear any noise because the windows are sound‑proof. They offer a free afternoon tea and a full breakfast. The hotel is next to the shopping mall. They issued a receipt at checkout, which is hard to get in the Ibis chain! Kudos to the hotel!
