The location was unbeatable, literally a block from Termini station, and I even walked to the airport the next day. I had thought the area was ugly, but it was fine for a day or two. I liked it; walking to almost everything takes about 20 minutes. The room was very good, with everything needed for more than two days, though I only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was small but functional. I was told I’d have to pay an extra fee for a late check‑out, then another fee. They wouldn’t let me pay by credit card, so I insisted and paid with my card anyway. The whole situation felt awkward and strange.

The staff were very nice and always helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. The shower had a weak water flow and the water was only very cold, which was unpleasant in winter, especially after a day of sightseeing when you want to wash your long hair.

Very clean and central, great with a bedroom and a kitchen. The shower didn’t work.
