I was really disappointed with my stay here. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were a major letdown - they were dirty and didn't get cleaned properly, no matter how many times I reminded the staff. The housekeeping service was basically non-existent, with linen not being changed for five whole days. To be honest, the worst part of my experience was dealing with the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in fixing the problems I was having.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. However, the walls were super thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room, which made it hard to sleep. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the place I stayed in. It was basically a tiny apartment, not a hotel as I had expected.
