The location was very good, but there were no parking options and the elevator starts on the first floor and only reaches the fourth floor.

The key code self‑check‑in was easy, the room and facilities were nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect with bus, tram lines, and a doner very close by. However, the automatic lights only turn on when you approach the rooms on your floor after exiting the elevator, which felt creepy for a single woman returning at night, especially with no staff around. The AI WhatsApp bot was somewhat annoying, sometimes unresponsive or contradictory, and I had to merge two bookings; everything eventually got sorted out, though perhaps it was delayed.
