The staff were helpful and friendly. The alarms went off for the entire two‑day stay and the pool was not open, which wasn’t disclosed when we booked. I would not have stayed here if I had known.

The breakfast was solid and the staff were pleasant, but the pool was closed for the entire week, which was a disappointment since that was a key reason I chose the hotel; the room faced a noisy apartment parking lot, so I had to use a nearby parking garage because the hotel itself offered no parking.

“Convenient hotel with parking options”

We picked Bremmerton to get to Seattle, and the location works well with a parking garage and a short walk to the ferry; the room was clean and comfortable, though the interior feels a little dated and could use a refresh; breakfast was adequate with enough options to start the day, though the breakfast area could be tidier—cleaning tables between guests would help.
