Very friendly staff, some seafood at breakfast, room terrace directly on the lake. The shower had almost no water pressure, and the coffee was very watery.

“Upeat Maisemat.”

The rooms were really clean and much better than the pictures. The location was great, the views were amazing. The car could be parked conveniently in front of the hotel. Breakfast was really good. The young waiter was very friendly. The toilet paper and the second paper holder were as hard as in Russia. The owner seemed to have trouble with the staff? Is there a place to look into the mirror? The buffet dinner cost over 69 Swiss francs, which was over my budget.

“Overbooked!”

I was denied check‑in even though my booking and 21:00 arrival were confirmed because of overbooking. They offered a cash refund and arranged another hotel, but I had to book it myself at a much higher rate. Being turned away after a long journey felt like a cold bucket of water; the staff only refunded me without checking if the alternative was pricier, which was very stressful.
