The spot was convenient, right next to the station, and I liked the luggage storage and on‑demand invoicing. From that angle, nothing to complain about, even though I had to push a lot. The spider in the room, but as they say, spiders bring profit, and I didn’t mention it. The sheets were presumably stained with blood from previous guests, I booked Friendship Place and was assigned a room at a different BB; the whole property is run by the same people under different company names, with one contact and one phone number. The front desk isn’t always present, but you call and someone arrives in a few minutes. Not everyone speaks fluent Italian. If you think it’s a Bed & Breakfast, there’s no breakfast. Most rooms face the main street on the ground floor, so there’s no privacy.

Average! The air‑conditioner noise was unbearable the whole stay! The shower was not at all comfortable! Only the location is two steps from the station.

The spot near Termini station was super convenient for all travel. The room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was poorly sound‑proofed.
