The air conditioner was very noisy and the TV was tiny with a really bad screen.

I liked the comfort of the bed, and cleanliness. The service was lacking. I had to ring the bell for check-in service three times before anybody came to the desk. The "Executive Deluxe" (their terminology) room was on the third floor with no elevator. Stairs were uneven in height and dangerous. Sat in a booth for breakfast and although the staff knew we were there all the time, nobody came to get our order. When we finally got somebody to come over to take our order, we were told the expectation was for us to come up to a counter to place our order. This was never previously communicated in any way, and I find being ignored as unacceptable

The place is in a good spot and easy to get to, but the signs were confusing and getting my room fixed took a long time.

No elevator to the third floor, the air conditioning was scorching, and the mattress felt worn out.
