I liked that the room was clean. While taking a bath, I saw something crawling from the corner of my eye—a roach. I’m very disappointed.

I liked that it’s close to the event I was attending. My check‑in was at 3 PM, and I noticed the bathroom was clogged, the tub was leaking water onto the floor, the toilet was filthy with fungus and hair on the walls, and the room was very dirty. I went to the front desk with pictures and they moved me to a suite. Even worse, it was infested with roaches. I literally had to pack all my stuff and check out, driving at 3:30 AM alone, which was the main purpose of getting a room—to stay safe and rest until 11 AM. I wasn’t going to spend a night in a dirty place infested with roaches, so I called the office this morning to speak to the manager and left a message. He never returned my call.

The spot is well‑located and the staff were friendly, plus the breakfast was nice. However, the room was full of trash, even a yellow chair, and I saw it right before bed; I hope I’m not blamed or charged for it—I'll send a photo.
