The location was great, especially with the mall right across the street. Nothing else to note.

Jackie at the front desk was a gem, fixing our reservation mess so quickly. Everything else was fine.

The pool was out of order. The carpet in the suite area was dirty, looking like partially cleaned vomit on the sofa, with a large dirty spot elsewhere. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

One lamp wasn’t working. The toilet seat was broken and didn’t fit, and it had a bad smell; I told the staff it needed to be replaced.

The welcome was spectacular, but the person who greeted us was not friendly—more like a tyrant—though that was only at that moment; the rest of the staff made everything amazing.
